Kuytu Bahçe
Bitez
A four-decare mandarin orchard in old Bitez where a young couple set the Aegean breakfast bar
A Yalıkavak hillside breakfast room run by a Kosovo-immigrant family — Rumeli register on an Aegean table
Sefte grew out of Fehmiye Hanım's home; she came as a bride from Kosovo in 1971 and the breakfast room kept the Rumeli grammar. The table sits next to Bodrum's usual serpme line: smoked Kosovo sausage and pastırma, krem biber, thin yufka börek, five seasonal house jams. On Yalıkavak's inland sea-facing ridge, year-round; a plain garden room without plastic spectacle — a genuinely different note on Bodrum's breakfast map.
Order the Kosovo smoked sausage and the krem biber early — these are the dishes that justify the trip. Reservations essential on weekends.
