Bülent Bey and Nazmiye Hanım rebuilt a junkyard plot above the Gündoğan shore by hand and turned it into a five-table breakfast garden under mandarin and lemon trees. Eggs, cheese and jams come from the producers they know by name; Nazmiye Hanım's pepper-tomato-garlic sauces and the house pişi are the order. They have refused to expand for the best part of a decade — the room stays small because being able to greet every guest is the point. Year-round.
Reserve by Instagram message a day ahead — the garden seats five tables and the owners pick the rhythm. Order the pişi, the village eggs and a jar of the spicy pepper jam to take home.
