Bitez
A four-decare mandarin orchard in old Bitez where a young couple set the Aegean breakfast bar
An inland Yahşi farm-table breakfast — own-garden vegetables, cured house charcuterie, Sunday-morning ritual
Yarbasan works from a single inland Yahşi address and most of what reaches the table — vegetables, herbs, jams, the cured charcuterie that has become the house signature — was grown or made on the property. The serpme runs as one long Aegean line: soft cheeses, hot pides off the back oven, eggs cooked to order, the year's preserves. Reservations are not a suggestion; the room fills in advance every Sunday.
Reserve mid-week for a Sunday seat; the room books out by Friday in season. Ask for the house charcuterie board alongside the serpme — and pick herbs from the back garden on the way to the table if you arrive early.
