Up the hill behind Gümüşlük's harbour, Limon trades waterfront for a slow, vine-canopied terrace looking out toward Tavşan Adası. The menu is a confident Aegean-Mediterranean mix, the wine list reaches well beyond the usual Turkish suspects, and the rule of the house is that nothing arrives in a hurry.
Editor's Tip
Time the booking for an hour before sunset and start with the wood-oven börek. The kitchen does lamb properly when most of Bodrum cannot.
