Farina is a single-room artisan bakery on Türkbükü's 140. Sokak, run by a small kitchen under head pastry chef Helin Ersöz. The bread is long-fermented sourdough — plain, walnut, olive, country — alongside croissants, simit and a daily pastry list that turns over by mid-afternoon. No marina queue, no view, no fanfare; just the dough. The Boho Bakery for people who want their morning ekmek without the parade.
Phone the day before for a country loaf to be set aside — the Saturday bake sells out by ten. Walnut sourdough toasted at home with Yağhane oil is the breakfast.
