Flamm Bodrum is the 18-room seafront boutique hotel and beach restaurant on Gölköy Bay, the Türkbükü-side cove the brand has held since the property's opening, with 150-year-old historic stone cottages reworked for modern Bodrum design. The kitchen is led by Chef İsmail Ceylan and runs a clean, season-driven Mediterranean card — daily Aegean buffet at lunch alongside à la carte, a dinner room that runs from 20:00 with the house signature Café de Paris steak, separate beach pizza service through the day. The beach itself opens to non-resident day-pass visitors with a spacious lawn, sandy shore, large pier and crystal-clear sea; water sports include wakeboarding, jet skiing and ringo rides. The reader holds Flamm as the smaller-format Türkbükü beach alternative to the Mandarin and Maçakızı institutional bookings.
Day-pass to the beach is the realistic entry for non-resident visitors — book the pier loungers rather than the lawn for the longer afternoons.
