Galia runs along the Kuum Hotel deck and has held the Türkbükü waterfront since 2021 with the cleanest day-to-night transition in the bay: natural-toned lounge furniture and a Mediterranean menu through the afternoon, then a DJ programme that books Turkish and international names through August. The room earns the slot because the kitchen and bar do not coast on the view.

Day-bed reservations through Kuum's concierge — non-residents accepted with a minimum spend. The DJ programme runs Friday and Saturday from late June; the Wednesday live set is the quieter way in.
