Frankie is the daytime social anchor of Susona Bodrum, the only Hilton LXR property in Türkiye, spread along a private stretch of Torba Bay on the bay-end of the peninsula's quieter north shore. The kitchen runs an Aegean-Mediterranean card built for the deck — grilled fish, raw seafood, garden salads — and the bar pours from the same sommelier list that feeds Malva upstairs. Loungers run cabana-to-water on a pine-shaded terrace; a resident DJ moves the room through to dusk. Day passes available outside peak summer.
Editor's Tip
Front-row cabanas need a phone call by mid-morning in August. Order the day's whole fish and the Aegean salad; the rosé list is the better play than the cocktails after lunch. Day-pass entry depends on hotel occupancy, easier on weekdays.
