| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Pitahaya sits a few steps off the Göltürkbükü public beach with a sun deck the rest of Liman Caddesi quietly envies. The kitchen is small, chef-attended and committed to seasonal sourcing rather than a fixed card; the sesame-crusted levrek and the cabbage-leaf mussel dolma are reasons regulars come back twice in a fortnight. A handful of rooms upstairs make it a discreet long-weekend address.
