| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Cevat Yıldırım has been running this terrace on the Dalyan harbour since 1975 — half a century of day-boat fish, salt-baked çipura and stuffed kalamar served without theatre. Two generations of Çeşme summer-house Istanbul learned what an Aegean fish meze list could be at these tables. The room is unfussy and the bill, by peninsula standards, surprisingly fair. It is the reference point: every other Çeşme balıkçı asks to be measured against it.
