On the Tarabya–Kireçburnu shoulder where the Bosphorus widens toward the Black Sea, Therapia trades on its position more than its decor. Fresh display, broad meze board, full rakı and Turkish-wine service, and the Yavuz Sultan Selim bridge anchoring the view, a properly cinematic upper-Bosphorus dinner.
