Remy Savage's tiny Haggerston room runs a menu of Bauhaus-numbered cocktails (drink number, not drink name), built on a single principle: the simplest possible drink that does exactly one thing. The result is the most-talked-about bar east of the City for cocktail people, and the reason the audience that read Wallpaper in the 2010s should walk twenty minutes from Shoreditch.
