| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Swift opened on Old Compton Street in 2016 as Bobby Hiddleston, Mia Johansson and Edmund Weil's Soho project — and has lived near the top of the World's 50 Best Bars and the Top 50 Cocktail Bars lists ever since. The room is split: upstairs is a buzzy, walk-in aperitivo bar of Champagne and bitter classics on the European afternoon-drinks model; downstairs is a darker lounge with a 300-strong whisky list and the longer cocktail card, Tuesday and Sunday night live jazz, and the kind of low-light booth a London evening rests in. Reservations possible for the basement; the upstairs bar takes walk-ins.
