| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Founded in 1966 on Calle Latoneros in the Madrid of the Austrias, Casa Revuelta is the cult choice for bacalao rebozado, served at a silver-topped bar under wooden ceilings with vermouth, torreznos and callos. No reservations, frasca wine and a fiercely local crowd despite being steps from Plaza Mayor. Proof that the genuine taberna survives inside the tourist core.
