The garden restaurant of the adults-only Fontsanta Hotel, set by the island's only natural thermal spring between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi. Chilean-born chef Jhonatan Maldonado bridges his home culinary tradition and the Mallorcan larder, keeping the cooking creative and produce-led. A calm, design-minded room open to non-residents.
