The fine-dining room of the hilltop Carrossa hotel, set in countryside above Artà, serves a daily multi-course degustation of modern Mediterranean cooking with French underpinnings and the occasional Asian note. Large wild-caught Mediterranean fish are a signature. The elegant winter garden frames views toward the castle of Artà and the bay of Cala Millor.
