Macarena de Castro cooks an upstairs tasting menu drawn almost entirely from the island — her own garden in Sa Pobla, nearby fish auctions, small Mallorcan producers. The single surprise menu reads as a portrait of the north of the island across the seasons. The restaurant holds a Michelin star and a Green Star for its sustainability.
