Run by the duo Jenny Terler and Domenico Curcio — the latter trained in Michelin-starred German kitchens — Trespais brings a quiet, ingredient-led Mediterranean cooking to Port d'Andratx. The crossover of Italian, German and Austrian touches stays grounded in fresh local produce and seafood. Intimate and candlelit rather than showy.
