Bellefeuille — Saint James Paris

The Saint James Paris is the only château-hotel inside the périphérique — a 1892 private mansion turned hotel-club in the early 1990s. The restaurant Bellefeuille opened to non-residents in 2013 and Grégory Garimbay earned the Michelin star in 2022, retained for 2025. The kitchen runs vegetable- and seafood-forward, supplied largely from the property's organic 250-variety garden in Seine-et-Marne (transported by electric vehicle). Dinner only, Monday to Friday, 7:30-9:30 p.m., open to non-members. For an Istanbul visitor who wants a one-star room with a clear identity (the produce is the protagonist) and a setting unlike any other in Paris, Bellefeuille is the booking.
