Ricardo Costa's two-Michelin-star dining room crowns the Yeatman hotel on the Gaia hillside, looking straight across the river to Porto's old town. The tasting menus are precise, seafood-led modern Portuguese cooking, built to be read alongside one of the country's most serious wine and Port lists. It is the metro's benchmark special-occasion table.
