| Última revisão: May 2026 When it opened in Schwabing in 1971, Tantris wrote a new chapter for German haute cuisine. After Hans Haas's 2020 retirement, the kitchen passed to Paul Bocuse Institute graduate Benjamin Chmura — Feinschmecker's 2024 'Chef of the Year'. Today it operates as Tantris Maison Culinaire under two concepts: the main Tantris prix fixe (2 Michelin) and Tantris DNA à la carte. Ranked 88th on World's 50 Best 2024. The orange-and-purple 1970s interior remains Munich's most identity-driven dining room.
