Upland Bağdat Caddesi section with a large park and tree-lined residential streets

Göztepe sits on the upland section of Bağdat Caddesi between Erenköy and Feneryolu, combining residential calm with a stretch of the avenue's restaurants and cafés. Göztepe 60. Yıl Parkı provides a large green lung with a small pond and one of the busiest weekend running circuits on the Asian side. The neighborhood's mid-century apartment blocks have been steadily replaced by taller residences, but the tree-lined side streets still carry the character of old Anadolu yakası suburbia.
