Antica Pasticceria Carraturo
Porta Capuana
An 1837 sfogliatella house by Porta Capuana
The Via Toledo birthplace of the Neapolitan sfogliatella
Founded in 1785 and a fixture of Via Toledo, Pintauro is where Pasquale Pintauro adapted a monastery recipe into the sfogliatella riccia and frolla the city now lives by. Reopened in 2026 after a careful restoration, it again sends warm, shatteringly crisp pastries across the counter. A pilgrimage stop for anyone serious about Naples' signature sweet.
Bir riccia'yı sıcakken alıp orada yiyin; bu taklit değil, aslının kendisi.
