The first Spanish outpost of Sweden's Frantzén Group, led by Björn Frantzén, the only chef currently holding three separate three-Michelin-starred restaurants. The à la carte keeps the original Stockholm brasserie's classics while folding in Andalusian product, with several dishes finished tableside.
