The first Spanish outpost of Sweden's Frantzén Group, led by Björn Frantzén, the only chef currently holding three separate three-Michelin-starred restaurants. The à la carte keeps the original Stockholm brasserie's classics while folding in Andalusian product, with several dishes finished tableside. Polished, knowledgeable service backs cooking that takes the brasserie format seriously.
Honest caveat: this is a large room (200-plus covers), not an intimate counter, so it reads grander than it is cosy. The Frantzén operational rigour and product focus are what earn it a place here.
