Daniele Minarelli's temple of forgotten Bolognese cooking
Beach kiosk turned Rimini's enduring one-star fish room
Founded in 1946 as a beach kiosk and now run by brothers Gianpaolo and Gianluca Raschi, Guido has held its Michelin star for over fifteen years on the Miramare seafront. The cooking is refined and elegant, celebrating the Adriatic in raw and lightly worked dishes built on the day's catch. It is the coast's most quietly aristocratic seafood address.
A Rimini legend, named for the founders' grandfather; come for crudo and a wine list that takes the fish seriously.
