A Quadrilatero deli running on Via Drapperie since 1960, stacked with mortadella, culatello, Parma ham and Parmigiano Reggiano. The draw is the tasting board: a tagliere of mortadella and Emilian salumi with cheese, olives and fresh bread, perfect for a light lunch or aperitivo. Attentive, old-school counter service.
