Down a short flight of stairs off Hoxton Square, Happiness Forgets has run since 2010 as the small, well-tended cocktail room the London bar trade points first-time visitors towards. No food, no music to speak of, twenty-eight seats, a tight printed list of perfectly built drinks, and a working ethic the World's 50 Best repeatedly returns to.
