Founded in 1860 in the fishing borgo below Castel dell'Ovo, Zi Teresa is the historic room of Santa Lucia, the table where Toto and Sophia Loren once ate. The kitchen stays seafood-first, raw fish, scialatielli ai frutti di mare, fried paranza, with the bay and the castle as backdrop. Touristed, yes, but Neapolitans still come and the fish holds up.

Pick a clear evening on the terrace for the castle view; order raw fish and the seafood pasta. One of the few Borgo Marinari rooms with real pedigree behind the postcard.
