Chef Vítor Matos runs this two-Michelin-star room inside a nineteenth-century palace in the Quinta da Macieirinha gardens, high above the river in Massarelos. The cooking is technically dense, deeply Portuguese contemporary, served only as tasting menus. Few Porto rooms feel this composed.
