Pedro Lemos earned the city's first Michelin star here and has held it since 2014, working out of a restored stone townhouse in the seaside Foz quarter. The tasting menus are tightly seasonal modern Portuguese, served across two intimate floors and a rooftop terrace. It remains one of the most personal kitchens in the metro.
