Vítor Matos's second Porto star, set in the Torel Palace hotel near Entreparedes, built entirely around a single surprise menu called Blind Emotions in ten or twelve courses. The concept plays deliberately with the senses, withholding the menu until each dish arrives. It is the metro's most theatrical fine-dining room.
