Giuseppe Barracu cooks, Rossella Meloni runs the room, and together they turned a former gastronomia on Olbia's edge into the restaurant they had dreamed of from six years working abroad. The dining room mixes Nordic restraint with flea-market and family furniture; the plates are technically sharp reworkings of regional dishes. Gambero Rosso awarded it Two Forks, a rare distinction for the town.
Sits away from the harbour crowds; one of the few genuinely ambitious kitchens open year-round in Olbia.
