Deka Trapezia

Papoutsakis's second project — "ten tables" — opened Christmas 2019 on the restored Stratigou Kallari street, steps from the White Tower. The kitchen turns Greek meze into small, imaginative plates: patatas bravas with Cretan apaki, red mullet in savoro, dishes that rotate with the season. The room is modern and open without being cold, and at least a third of the cellar is natural wine.
