The Iaccarino family's landmark sits on the saddle between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, where chef Ernesto Iaccarino cooks Campanian haute cuisine from the family's own Le Peracciole farm at Punta Campanella. Tunnels beneath the dining room hold 25,000 bottles and slow-aging hams. It is the reference point for fine dining on the whole peninsula, with two Michelin stars and a Green Star for its biodiversity work.
