After success at their Mahmutbey location, Seraf expanded to Vadi Istanbul with an enhanced focus on wine pairing. Chef Sinem Ozler works with Trakya Kivircik lamb and seasonal ingredients to keep traditional Anatolian recipes alive. The modern decor with wood, natural stone, and ceramics creates a warm atmosphere for the signature icli kofte and Mardin kebab.
Michelin önerisi taşıyan Mahmutbey şubesi, Şef Sinem Özler imzası ve kapsamlı Türk şarap mahzeniyle dikkat çekiyor. Trakya Kıvırcık kuzusu burada bir uzmanlık. Modern Anadolu fine dining anlayışının güzel bir örneği.
