Milroy's reborn under the No. 3 door, Greek Street's whisky merchant and bookcase-speakeasy bar since 1964, rebranded 2024
Milroy's has traded as a whisky merchant on Greek Street since 1964, Wallace and Jack Milroy's original Soho shop, one of the first dedicated whisky retailers in London. In October 2024, on the brand's 60th anniversary, a full refurbishment closed the shop for the summer and reopened it under the name 3 Greek Street, a nod to the bold No. 3 on the historic entrance door. The model is unchanged: street-level retail of 700-plus bottles, behind a swinging bookcase at the back The Vault basement bar (opened 2014) where the same inventory is poured by the dram, and a refurbished first-floor tasting room for product launches and private events. The bar programme remains heavy on independent bottlers (Cadenhead, Signatory, Berry Bros) and Japanese whisky from before the current shortage. The chapter's whisky-merchant-and-bar combination, distinct from Black Rock's pure-bar discipline.
The Vault zorlanırsa yirmi beş kişi alıyor; 19:30'dan önceki hafta içi geceleri kolay giriş. 2024 rebrand'i adresi, personeli ve envanteri korudu; yalnızca kapının üstündeki isim değişti.
