| Última revisión: May 2026 The Bayerischer Hof's flagship room held two Michelin stars under Anton Gschwendtner from 2021 through January 2026; Kevin Romes — who earned two stars at Skin's in Lenzburg, Switzerland — took the kitchen on April 1 and reopened the room on April 17, 2026. The dining room is small, dark, and deliberately unornamented: the work happens on the plate. The 2026 Michelin Guide retained the two stars on transition, so what you are buying is continuity of standard with a fresh hand. Tasting menu only; pairings strongly recommended.
