A hundred-plus stalls across Three Crown Square, the Green Market and the Borough Market Kitchen, the audience uses it as the producer reference (Neal's Yard Dairy, Brindisa, The Ginger Pig, Monmouth Coffee, Kappacasein toasties) rather than the lunch spot. Closed Monday; serious shopping happens Tuesday and Wednesday before the tourist load. The chapter's only shop entry for the South Bank.
