The format is a multi-course tasting menu told as a literal story, each course referenced to a book in the dining-room library. Recently expanded with a first-floor private room. İstanbullu seconders use it for the South-of-the-river fine-dining slot, five minutes from London Bridge, ten from a Borough Market afternoon, the most serious kitchen in the postcode.
