Founded in 1692, Taylor's runs one of Gaia's most polished visits: a self-guided museum circuit through centuries-old oak-aged cellars, audio-guided in thirteen languages, closing with a tasting of Chip Dry, LBV and 10-Year-Old Tawny. Beyond the standard route, the house offers vintage flights, commented tastings with food pairings and port-cocktail masterclasses. A garden terrace with peacocks overlooks the city.
