Chefs Karin Gaasterland and Alain Parry have served a single, three-course set menu that changes weekly since 1995, cooked at an open kitchen in a former blacksmith's workshop on the Elandsgracht. There is no choosing — you eat what they're excited about — and that confidence is the whole point. A cult Jordaan room with a fierce local following.
