| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Founded in 2001 as one of the first Dutch bean-to-cup specialty roasters, Bocca's Kerkstraat flagship is a high-ceilinged bar with a long counter, retail beans, brewing gear and some of the city's most skilled baristas. Espresso, batch brew and pour-over are the point; food is kept deliberately minimal. A reference point for Dutch coffee.
