The Athenian creative class has been moving here for ten years and the restaurant scene reflects it: Spondi (the city's only canonical two-Michelin-star room) hides on a side street, Mavro Provato runs the city's most-booked mezedopoleio, and Cookoovaya's spillover sister project Bouilla holds the contemporary-Greek register. The gezgin uses Pangrati for one specific reservation — Spondi for the milestone dinner — and the neighborhood walk that bookends it.
