Tucked into the Şifne village a few hundred metres from the Ferdi Baba terrace, Beyaz Balık is the working-fishermen address — a single room, a short board of whatever came in that morning, and a generous meze fridge. The crowd is local, the bill is honest, and on a Tuesday night in June it is the closest thing to a private fish dinner you can find within an hour of Alaçatı. Not for a celebration — for a quiet rakı-balık evening.
