Beliz Fırtına opened Yuzu in 2019 around a simple idea: a tight edit of Turkish designers working in a natural, pared-back register. The shop carries clothing, bags, jewellery, ceramics and organic cosmetics, chosen with a coherent eye rather than scattered across trends. It sits among the village's design shops but keeps the volume down, favouring makers and small studios over recognisable labels. A reliable stop for cultured visitors who want craft over flash.
