Designer Başak Cankeş runs Bashaques as a self-described wearable-art and creative house, and the Alaçatı outpost sits among the stone lanes of Hacımemiş. The work is genuinely made rather than bought-in: hand-printed and upcycled garments, certificated antique carpet series, and resort pieces produced in limited runs. It reads as an atelier with a point of view, not a logo-led boutique coasting on the village's footfall. Cultured visitors come for the craft and the conversation about provenance.
