MITU is the dining room at Alavya — the six-stone-house boutique that the MICHELIN Guide selects in its Türkiye hotel section — but it works as a standalone address. Chef Hüseyin Pancar grew up on these streets, knows the producers by first name, and has been feeding the same sourdough starter (Can'ım) since 2016. The menu rotates with the week's herbs and fish, the wine list leans local-and-natural, and Wednesday jazz nights with Derya turn the courtyard into the village's quietest serious room. Open all year — rare for Alaçatı.
