A restored 17th-century Venetian mansion in Topanas, Casa Delfino has 24 individually designed rooms and suites around a romantic pebbled courtyard, plus a small spa and one of the best rooftop terraces in the old town. Family-run for generations, it reads elegant rather than flashy and is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World member. The location is quiet old-town lanes, steps from the harbour.
