Opened in 2024 as a Member of Design Hotels, The Tanneries weaves four conjoining 19th-century tannery buildings into 20 waterfront suites with a spa, hammam and indoor pool. Minimalist architecture honours the industrial-romantic shells while delivering serious comfort away from the crowds. The on-site Periplous restaurant anchors the dining.
